Return Policy

 

At Enlighten Living, quality of our products and customer satisfaction are paramount.  We go to great lengths to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. Please inspect all products upon receipt. Please note that you can only return products that have not been used, installed or modified in any way. Also, please note that the returned products must be enclosed in the original box packaged properly with all original packaging material.


To return a purchase, please follow the directions below.

  1. To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us first at 1-877-654-4480  (weekdays 8 a.m - 5 p.m. CST), or e-mail us at service@enlightenliving.com.
  2. A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on the original packing slip and include this with your shipment. Please do not write this number on the box.
  3. Repack the item you are not satisfied with care using the original packaging. Please include the packing slip (and, if possible, a copy of your e-mailed invoice) in your return box.
  4. Send your return via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground service and make note of your tracking number. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the product is received at our warehouse in resalable condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase, less original shipping cost. Upon receipt, if the items are not in a resalable condition, e.g. due to poor packaging or damages in transit, we can not issue a refund.

Please note that returns made without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
All sales on clearance items are final.

 

Damaged or defective?

 

In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, or if you discover defects in the manufacture of a product, please contact us at 1-877-654-4480 (weekdays 8 a.m - 5 p.m. CST), or e-mail us at service@enlightenliving.com within 21 days for a replacement. A customer service representative will provide you a Return Authorization Number. Once you have the Return Authorization Number, we must receive your damaged product back at our warehouse within 30 days or you will be charged for the replacement product. All merchandise will be inspected upon return.
